Movement of passenger trains from Azerbaijan to Russia and Ukraine suspended

According to the mutual agreement of heads of state, in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus the decision on temporarily suspend reciprocal visits of Azerbaijani and Russian citizens from March 18, 2020, has been adopted, Azerbaijan Railways told APA-Economics.

According to the information, from March 21, the movement of Baku-Kyiv-Baku, and from March 26 Baku-Moscow-Baku and Baku-Rostov-Baku passenger trains is temporarily suspended until special instruction.

“We inform you that Baku-Rostov passenger train will depart from Baku at 03:25 for last time. Tickets are sold for this train only for Russian citizens,” Azerbaijan Railway said.
