“Two-sided movement of trains will be organized in Khatai metro station in the middle of this year,” the head of press-service of Baku Metro Bakhtiyar Mammadov told APA-Economics.
According to him, currently, within the framework of conducting repair measures in Jafar Jabbarli station, installation of the station road is launched.
“For this purpose, the old station road is being dismantled. Iron concrete blocks will be used here as in other road of Khatai station. After the works are completed, the roadbed will be prepared for installation of new infrastructure and there will be the next station road consisting metallic concrete blocks. Adittionally, reinforcement measures are underway in the tunnels,” B. Mammadov said.
