Azerbaijan purchased 25 new 12 meter buses from Turkiye

In the last 7 years about 1500 medium and large-capacity buses that meet passenger transportation requirements have been commissioned in Baku, Baku Transport Agency (BTA) told APA-Economics.

In general, 70% of buses in operation on regular route lines have been renewed. A big majority of the buses have been bought at the expense of state investment. According to the BTA’s request, private transport companies are also interested in renewing the bus fleet.

In this framework, Chinar-Trans LLC has bought 25 "Isuzu Citiport" brand 12- meter buses from the Anadolu Isuzu company of Turkiye. 15 buses of the brand "Isuzu Citiport CNG" that meet EURO-6 standards have been delivered. Another 10 buses will be delivered to the capital soon.
