"Many intensive construction works will be carried out next year so that our people return to their native lands within a short time," Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Emin Huseynov in the liberated territories included in the Karabakh economic region (except Shusha region) Emin Huseynov told journalists, APA reports.
Special Representative has noted that all works are carried out in a planned manner with Coordination Headquarters.
"We hope that all of these projects - most importantly, both residential settlements, social facilities, cultural institutions, administrative center, and kindergartens regarding the historical-cultural center of the city - all social infrastructure which is essential for live will be completed and commissioned until end of 2024. Our people will return to the native city of Aghdam from 2025."
