“Azerbaijan will have not one, but several low-orbit satellites in near future,” the chairman of Azerbaijan Space Agency Samaddin Asadov told APA-Economics.
According to him, currently, it is thought, and the project is being considered, it is being developed by the Agency.
“Currently, we have one low orbit satellite- Azersky. Its shooting power is considered high. However, currently the tendency of the market is directed to higher resolution satellite imagery and probably Azerbaijani state will have not one, but several low orbit satellites,” S. Asadov noted.
