"Reconstruction of border checkpoint creates conditions for rapid passage of vehicles by creating new opportunities and will lead to enter of a large number of vehicles to customs control by increasing the crossing lanes," said Shahin Bagirov, chairman of the State Customs Committee in the opening of Khanoba customs post on Azerbaijan-Russia border, APA-Economics reports.
Shahin Bagirov noted that we will develop infrastructure opportunities in all border checkpoints: "Construction of new border checkpoints is planned in the near future on the basis of mutual understanding with Georgia".
