The Space Agency (Azercosmos) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan and the Turkish Space Agency signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the cosmic field, APA-Economics reports citing the Ministry.
The signing Ceremony was held within the frame of the International Astronautical Congress in Paris.
Memorandum considers strengthening cooperation in direction of observation of the Earth and development of technologies, enhancement of internships, and knowledge sharing programs that give mutual benefits in order to value commercial and education resources on the cosmic field.
The document will pave the way for Azercosmos’s and Turkish Space Agency’s joint work on cosmic projects, and active cooperation in the development of cosmic science and other fields.
