"Azerenerji": 11 HPPs completely reconstructed in liberated areas of Azerbaijan

"During the past period, 11 Hydroelectric Power Plants (HPP) with a total capacity of 53.6 MW have been completely reconstructed and restored and operated in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan by "Azerenerji" OJSC," Chief of Hydrotechnical Service at "Azerenerji" Rustam Rajabov said, APA reports.

Speaking about the hydropower potential of the liberated territories, he said that as a result of the monitoring conducted in the liberated territories, it was determined that there were 29 HPPs with a capacity of 135.8 MW in these territories during the occupation period, but all the stations were destroyed by Armenians who left the territories.
