According to him, currently, works in accordance with this program are being conducted in 106 villages and residential areas,
“However, it is not ruled out that works on 10 facilities will be conducted in 2023. Thus, a difficulty occurred in pipe supply due to Russian-Ukrainian conflict, which seriously impacts the delay of construction works,” added I. Mehbaliyev.
