Baku Port: We will advance in global logistics performance via Zangazur corridor

“Zangazur corridor could be approached in various forms. It is possible to approach this issue both in terms of global and regional logistics, at the same time, from the perspective of expanding the logistics capabilities of Azerbaijan,” said the Head of the Strategic Planning and Development Department of Baku International Sea Trade Port Khudayar Hasanli in his interview with APA.

“After the Zangazur corridor, along with the access to the Black sea through Georgia, we will have access to the Mediterranean Sea over Turkiye. In other words, while conducting an assessment regarding the mentioned index, along with Georgia, the assessment will be conducted over Turkiye as a country having access to the open sea. This will be our great advantage. We will both advance in global logistics performance, and will have an access to the second largest sea, by using Turkiye as a bridge,” he said.
