Deputy Minister: “Draft of Caspian- Black sea international transport route is ready”

“Work is being conducted on Caspian-Black sea international transport route,” said Azerbaijan’s Deputy minister of digital development and transport Samir Mammadov at the 6th meeting of the joint commission on trade-economic relations and scientific and technical cooperation between Azerbaijan and Romanian governments, APA reports.

According to him, the draft is already ready and it was submitted to the sides for consideration: “great works are being conducted in the digital field as well. Today turning traditional cities into smart cities is one of the priority issues. On the other side, more than 81 percent of the population in Azerbaijan have access to the internet. More than 6 mln. subscribers are provided with broadband internet.”
