He said that the apartment selection process has been successfully completed. F. Gurbanli added that on September 28 at 3:00 p.m., the selection of apartments will take place on a waiting list

Number of appeals has exceeded 10,000.
In other words, one of each 10 persons can purchase an apartment at discounted sale.
