"The founder and the chief executive founder of Amazon, Jeff Bezos, and the head of the US company Space X Elon Musk, can attend the International Astronautical Congress, which will be held in our country on October 2-6, 2023," said Samaddin Asadov, Chairman of the Management Board of Azerkosmos, during a meeting with the embassy and diplomatic representatives operating in Azerbaijan regarding the International Astronautical Congres, APA-Economics reports.
He said that the congress to be held in Baku on the theme "Global Challenges and Opportunities: Let's Give Space a Chance" will bring together leading organizations in the space field - USA (NASA), France (CNES), Airbus, Boeing, Japan (JAXA), Turkiye ( TUA) and more than 6,000 guests, including representatives of many other countries. These guests are heads, representatives of institutions that determine the world's space agenda, as well as scientists and students.
