Export incomes of Azerbaijan’s satellite services decreased sharply

“Azercosmos” exported service (satellite telecommunication services and optical satellite services) to 36 states of the world (17, 2 mln USD) during January-August of this year, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication told APA-Economics.
According to the Center, this indicator has been decreased by 44, 1 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.

Income which “Azercosmos” earns from service export was 83 percent of its total income. And “Azercosmos” exported service in USD 2,1 mln to 33 states of the world in August 2022. The United Kingdom with 4, 4 mln dollars, France with 3, 5 mln dollars, Luxemburg with 2, 9 mln. dollars and UAE with 1, 6 mln dollars and Pakistan with 956, 7 thousand dollars stands on the top five for the export of satellite telecommunication services and optical satellite services during January-August, 2022.
