Main works on 3 viaducts and 3 tunnels are completed on Azerbaijan's Ahmedbeyli-Fuzuli-Shusha road

Following international highway norms, the construction of the 81.6 km Ahmedbeyli-Fuzuli-Shusha highway connecting the liberated Fuzuli, Khojavend, Khojaly, and Shusha regions, starting from the M6 Hajigabul-Horadiz-Aghband-Zangazur highway, is rapidly continues, APA reports.

The main works on the construction of 3 viaducts (bridge over the valley) and 3 tunnels on the last 7 km of the road under the project have been completed. Currently, final completion works are being carried out on both viaducts and tunnels. During the construction of viaducts, for the first time in Azerbaijan, concreting works are carried out by the method of horizontal sliding of overpass forms.

Construction works on other parts of the Ahmedbeyli-Fuzuli-Shusha highway are being continued with speed and quality according to the schedule.
