Market share of laptops in Azerbaijan declines

In July of the current year market share of portable computers (notebooks and netbooks) in Azerbaijan has decreased by 1,4 percentage points, APA Economics reports citing Global Stars.

The market share of notebooks on August 1 was 56,3% which is less 5,4 percentage point in comparison to the same period of the previous year.

According to the agency in July of this year, the market share of desktop computers in the country has increased by 2.3 percentage points compared to June and amounted to 42.2% as of 1 August. It is 11,8 percentage points more in comparison to the relevant recordings of the last year.

According to the report, as of August 1, the market share of tablet computers in the country has been 1.45%, which is 45.7 percentage points less than in the same period last year. There was a decrease of 12.1 percentage points in July compared to June.
