“Taking into account the latest geopolitical events, the strategic importance of the Middle Corridor is increasing and will increase,” said Taleh Ziyadov, Director General of Baku International Sea Trade Port JSC (Baku Port) during a meeting with the delegation led by Mr. Li Fengli, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Shandong Port Group, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, the place where Baku Port is located is very strategic, and 140 mln. of the population live within its 1 thousand kilometer radius.
