Baku. Vusal Nabiyev – APA-Economics. Legal status of the Baku Transport Agency has been changed under the decree of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
According to the decree, the Baku Transport Agency public legal entity will be established on the basis of the Baku Transport Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers which has legal status of central executive power body.
The Cabinet of Ministers is to prepare draft charter of the legal entities, as well as proposals on those exercising authorities of founders of the public legal entities and submit to the president within two months.
