In order to provide holding of the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games safely and effectively, movement and parking will be limited around the competition venues, Baku City Executive Power spokesperson Khalid Alekberov told APA-Economics.

According to him, these steps are taken to reduce inconvenience for life of citizens living in that territory and activities of companies.

Chief of Main State Traffic Police Office's public relations department Kamran Aliyev said that Traffic Control Zone will be created around the competition venues. Only those automobiles with special badges will be permitted to enter this territory. Residents and business centres in Bayil Arena, Weightlifting Academy, AZAL Arena and Tennis Academy will be permitted for entrance and exit. The permits will be issued by the Baku City Executive Power. For this purpose, residents and companies in Traffic Control Zones should register on March 14-31 in the Housing Departments of those districts.

At the same time, parking around the competition venues will be limited: “Generally, the citizens are recommended not to use personal automobiles on May 1-25”.
