The winners of the VIII "Mugam" Television Competition held in Shusha have been determined, APA reports.
Minister of Culture Anar Karimov, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu, as well as culture and art figures, prominent singers and musicians participated in the final concert program of the competition.
The concert program has begun with a minute of silence for the souls of the martyrs of the Patriotic War.
Among the young singers, Dashgin Kurchaylı and Vugar Abilov won the third place, Ulkar Abdullayeva and Aynur Hasanova won the second place.
The winner of the first place was Fuad Azizzade.
