The Presidents of the Council and European Commission have congratulated President-elect of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, ONA reports.
In the congratulatory letter, Donald Tusk and Jean-Claude Junker said that in the complex political, economic and security environment this democratic election is an achievemnt of Ukraine's people.
Presidents of the European Union institutions noted that the EU will continue to support Ukraine's reform path, including consolidating the rule of law, fighting corruption, maintaining macro-financial stability and pursuing the essential reform of the energy sector, as well as, Ukraine's sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity.
