Kazakhstan ratifies Agreement on Prevention of Incidents in Caspian Sea

Kazakh parliament’s lower house, Majilis, has ratified the Agreement on Prevention of Incidents in the Caspian Sea, ONA reports citing the country's parliament.

The Agreement was signed in Aktau on August 12 last year.

The Agreement applies to warships and aircraft of the parties operating in the Caspian Sea, outside the territorial waters and the airspace above them.
