Police responding to 'incident' in Phillipstown, Christchurch

A large number of police are responding to an incident in the Christchurch suburb of Phillipstown, ONAreports citing NZ.

Cordons were in place around Newcastle St after police were called to the area about 3.15pm on Tuesday.

At 4.30pm, there were about 10 police cars and 20 police officers on the corner of Harrow St and Bordesley St, near Newcastle St.
