APA Holding Board of Directors holds meeting

The Board of Directors of APA Holding held a meeting on Monday.

Chairman of the Board of Directors Nurshan Guliyev provided information about the meeting’s agenda.

Guliyev announced that the financial statement of APA Holding for the first half of the year will be heard and the issue of changes in the composition of the Board of Directors will be discussed at the meeting.

President of APA holding Vusala Mahirgizi gave information about the company’s financial statement for the first half of the year.

Following discussions, members of the Board of Directors considered the statement acceptable.

Nurshan Guliyev then announced that Director of APA TV Vugar Huseynov voluntarily resigned. For this reason, the issue of his removal as APA director and member of the Board of Directors should be considered.

After discussions, the issues was considered and approved.

Guliyev nominated Javid Ismayil’s candidacy for the post of APA TV director.

Members of the Board of Directors voted for the appointment of Javid Ismayil as director of APA TV.

Moreover, Javid Ismayil and Editor-in-Chief of APA-Economics Musa Ahmadov were elected as members of the Board of Directors.
