Head of department at the Azerbaijan Public Television (ITV) and TV host Vasila Vahidgizi has been appointed press secretary of the State Committee for Work with Diaspora, the committee told APA.
Vahidgizi was a TV host of discussions on a number of topical subjects, including issues relating to diaspora. Hereinafter, the State Committee will continue to inform public about diaspora organizations in the world’s various countries, Azerbaijani communities and activities of our separate compatriots.
The State Committee is planning to present a specialized TV show jointly with Public Television. Vahidgizi will continue cooperation with the ITV within the framework of this project.
