Chairman of the Board of Azerbaijan's National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) Vugar Suleymanov received Arian Bauer, Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Representation in Azerbaijan, in connection with the expiration of his term and the appointment of Dragana Kojic as the new head of the mission, ANAM told APA.
During the meeting, discussions were held on the implementation of joint activities to provide psychological support and education on the dangers of explosives within the framework of the project to help mine victims.
Dragana Kojic noted that the existing fruitful cooperation between the two institutions will develop and she will do her best in the field of safety rules and awareness-raising among the population living near the liberated territories, as well as those who will return to their homes within the framework of the "Great Return" project.
Chairman of the Board of the Agency for Mine Action of the Republic of Azerbaijan Vugar Suleymanov thanked Arian Bauer, for her support to Agency during her activity and wished her success in her future activity.
