An attempt by a provocative group of the Armenian Armed Forces to violate the state border of the Republic of Azerbaijan was prevented on April 23 in the part of the Azerbaijani-Armenian state border passing through the Zangilan region and, saboteurs were forced to retreat, the Press Center of the State Border Service (SBS) told APA.
According to SBS, a member of the subversive group of the Armenian Armed Forces, serviceman Eduard Arturovich Matirosov was detained by the State Border Service.
Operating conditions are under control.
