"The active military serviceman of the Azerbaijan Army, Mahmudlu Muslim Vidadi, suffered a serious wound in the head as a result of aimed fire from the other side.
Our wounded serviceman was immediately taken to a military medical institution.
Despite the warning to the Armenian side to stop its provocations and deliberately not to escalate the situation, it violated the ceasefire once again.
The Azerbaijan Army units took adequate retaliatory measures in the direction of the provocation-committed area.
All responsibility for this deliberate provocation lies with the military and political leadership of Armenia," the Ministry said.
