Azerbaijan's Defense Minister expressed condolences to Hulusi Akar

Hulusi Akar, Turkish National Defense Minister and Zakir Hasanov, Defense Minister of Azerbaijan

The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, offered his condolences to the Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Turkiye, Mr. Hulusi Akar, APA reports citing the Defense Ministry.

"I was deeply saddened by the news that people were killed and injured as a result of a strong earthquake in Turkiye. Your sorrow is our sorrow. We always stand by brotherly Turkiye. I pray for mercy to those who died due to this tragedy, share the pain of their loved ones, and offer my deepest condolences to their families. I wish recovery to all the injured. Rest in peace," the condolence message says.
