Azerbaijan's Defense Minister extends condolences to Turkey

The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov has expressed condolences to the Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Hulusi Akara, and the Chief of General Staff, General Yasar Guler, the Defense Ministry told APA.

"I am deeply saddened by the news that three servicemen of the glorious Turkish army were killed as a result of a treacherous terrorist attack in the Akçakale region of Sanliurfa.
Your pain is our pain.

We are always with the brotherly Turkish Armed Forces in the fierce fight against terrorism and we support you with all our might.

I ask for mercy for the martyrs, share the grief of their relatives, and offer my deepest condolences to their families.

Rest in peace," the condolences reads.
