"Armenia should positively approach Azerbaijan's peace proposal," said the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov on the "High-Level Observer Day" of the "Winter Training - 2023" international exercise held in Kars, APA's Turkiye bureau reports.
The minister emphasized that the liberated territories have been cleared of mines, and the reconstruction and restoration process is being carried out.
"We thank Türkiye for its support in preparing professional personnel for the Azerbaijani Army. We are pleased with Türkiye's successes in the defense industry in recent years," Zakir Hasanov emphasized.
