On November 8, starting from 18:40 to 02:20 November 9, the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of the Yukhari Shorzha, Azizli, Yukhari Zagali settlement of the Basarkechar district and Chinarli settlement of the Tovuzgala district periodically subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions stationed in the directions of the Mollabayramli, Yellija, Zaylik, Zagali settlements of the Kalbajar region and Aghdam settlement of the Tovuz district using various caliber weapons, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan told APA.
Besides that according to the information, Azerbaijani Army positions in the direction of the Khojavand region were subjected to fire by the members of the illegal Armenian armed groups in the Azerbaijani territory where the Russian peacekeepers were temporarily stationed.
The Azerbaijan Army Units took adequate retaliatory measures.
