Senior observer day has started on the sideline of "Winter-2023" joint military exercises held in Türkiye's Kars, APA's Türkiye correspondent reports.
National Defense Minister of Türkiye Hulusi Akar attends to Senior observer day together with the Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov and Georgian Defense Minister Juansher Burshuladze.

Today is the last day of the "Winter-2023" joint military exercises in Turkiye's Kars, APA's Turkiye bureau reports.
Military servicemen from 17 countries, including Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, participate in the exercises. A total of 2113 personnel are participating, 189 of them are military servicemen from foreign countries.
The "Winter-2023" exercises, held in harsh weather conditions, are attended by the Land Forces, Air Force and Naval Forces, special forces other units of Türkiye.
