Andrzej Kasprzyk’s mandate extended again

The Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office on the Nagorno Garabagh Conflict, the Polish diplomat Andrzej Kasprzyk has been re-appointed the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, APA reports citing the relevant information published on OSCE’s official website.

Ambassador Rudolf Michalka was reappointed as Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the South Caucasus.

Ditmir Bushati was appointed as Special Envoy of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.

Besides that, Ambassador Heidi Grau was appointed as Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in­Office in Ukraine and in the Trilateral Contact Group, Ambassador Thomas Mayr-Harting was appointed as Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the Transdniestrian Settlement Process, Col. Sulo Mustafaraj was appointed as Head of the High Level Planning Group.

From January 1, 2020, the chairmanship over OSCE passed from Slovakia to Albania.

Note that Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk of Poland has been acting as the Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office since January 1997.
