“This should be assessed as disrespect of Armenia to the whole international community, as well as to Russia,”  said Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev said while answering the question on shelling Ganja by Armenian Armed Forces using Tochka-U rocket system as speaking to local and foreign media in Ganja today, APA reports.

Noting that the enemy, in gross violation of the requirements of the humanitarian ceasefire, fired heavy artillery and rockets not only to Ganja but also to Mingachevir and other settlements, H.Hajiyev said that Armenia has committed this act of vandalism and genocide against the Azerbaijani people, despite the idea of a humanitarian ceasefire with the direct mediation of Russia: “We think that the whole international community should due evaluate these events.”
