Armenia’s armed forces proceeding from provocative feature of military and political leadership of the Republic of Armenia, blatantly violating norma and principles of international humanitarian law, continue to open fire from heavy artillery cannons on residential settlements densely inhabited by population, individual and multi-apartment residential buildings including civil facilities, the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) told APA.
Consequently, the fires break out, and the serious damage is caused to property of civilians.
Thus today as well, as a result of throwing of missiles by Armenia’s troops, the fires broke out in civil facilities in a number of villages of Agdam and Terter regions. The fires were extinguished in a short time by the relevant forces of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations immediately brought to the scenes of incidents.
