Azerbaijan’s MFA: SBS soldier killed as result of fire opened by Armenian armed forces

On March 7, this year, while performing his service obligations at the border battle station situated near Dash Salahly village of Azerbaijan’s Gazakh region, our soldier Garayev Eltun Elman was killed as a result of the fire opened from a fire arm by the Armenian armed forces, the MFA told APA.

“This murder is the second bloody provocation and crime action committed by the enemy forces during the last week at Armenia-Azerbaijan border, and the whole responsibility for this action falls on Armenia. The murder of none of our military servicemen martyred while defending Azerbaijan’s internationally recognized borders and for the sake of our state’s sovereignty and territorial integrity will be left unrequited. May our martyr rest in peace by Allah’s mercy”, the report noted.
