Azerbaijan is fully committed to its obligations and in accordance with trilateral agreement returned all prisoners of war (POWs)to Armenia, said Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, APA reports.
The minister drew attention to the actions of the Armenian side, which contradict the norms of international law and the trilateral statement, as well as illegal attempts of Armenian servicemen to the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and noted that Armenia had not yet provided Azerbaijan with information on mines planted in the liberated territories.
