The settlement of the Nagorno Garabagh conflict, peace will be primarily in favor of Armenia,” said Turkish FM Movlud Cavusoglu on the joint press conference with his Italian counterpart Luigi Di Maio, APA's Turkish bureau reports.
According to him, it is important for Armenia to decide whether to choose peace or conflict.
“Achieving peace in the region is in the interest of every country. International organizations should encourage Armenia to not conflict, but to peace in this issue. Currently, Azerbaijan is fighting against terrorism in its lands. Our Mister President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said several times that for Azerbaijan to declare a ceasefire, Armenia must withdraw from the occupied territories.”
The Minister has also noted that currently, Azerbaijan has sufficient military power and there have been no requests from turkey for military support to date: “However if Azerbaijan wants to support, we are ready to support without hesitation. No one has a right to condemn Turkey in our support of Azerbaijan. Because as we always say we are “One nation, two states.”
