"Political settlement of disputes is the only way out of the crisis", Chief of Staff of the President of Iran Mahmoud Vaezi wrote on Twitter while commenting on conflicts on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, APA's Tehran bureau reports.
"Armenia-Azerbaijan border clash threaten both countries’ interests as well as regional stability and calm and is cause for worry. Political settlement of disputes considering the interests of both countries and the states’ territorial integrity is the only way out of the crisis", reads the tweet.
"With a past record of mediation b/w the two countries and given its neighbourly relations, Islamic Republic of Iran will spare no effort to help", stressed Mahmoud Vaezi.
