Community chairman: Sargsyan's and Kocharyan's hands stained with blood of Azerbaijanis

“The Khojaly genocide is the bloodiest event within the framework of Armenia- Azerbaijan conflict,” said Chairman of the Azerbaijani Community of the Nagorno-Karabakh region Tural Ganjaliyev, APA reports.

The head of the community noted that the issues have already given political assessment: “The world countries issued statements in support of Azerbaijan regarding both Khojaly genocide and March 31 – the Day Genocide of Azerbaijanis. It remains to be assessed in the context of international law. The Armenian state and hands of Sargsyan and Kocharyan, who once headed it, are stained with the blood of Azerbaijanis.”
