“The Turkish military will operate in Karabakh for the purpose of observation and monitoring on the same basis as the Russian”, said today President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan when answering the question about the mechanism of control over a ceasefire in Garabagh, APA reports.
The President of Turkey said currently Russia started to deploy in certain positions there: “The negotiations should be conducted between our ministers of foreign affairs, at the same time, a delegation from Russia is arriving here now, and the negotiations will also be held here”.
