Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation of Hadrut-Jabrayil-Shukurbayli highway, APA reports.
The foundation of the road was laid on March 15 during the visit of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and their daughters Leyla Aliyeva to Fuzuli and Khojavend regions.
This road joins the Hajigabul-Minjivan-Zangazur corridor in Shukurbayli village, starting from Hadrut settlement and passing through Jabrayil district. The road will be 43 kilometers long and will consist of 4 lanes. Bridges will be built along the road.
