Hikmat Hajiyev noted that this is our value:
“We are not conducting war with Armenian people. This war is with occupier, aggressor state. If they put down their weapons, withdraw from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani side is ready to ensure their all rights based on geneva Convention. As well as in case civilians living there needs a corridor, we are also ready to provide them with humanitarian corridors. This once again shows the difference between the civilized world and Armenia.”
