Ismayil Akhundov: “One of two Azerbaijani civilians who are in Armenian captivity, was taken hostage in April of the previous year, the other one in June”

“Currently, two Azerbaijani civilians are in Armenian captivity,” head of the working group of the State Commission on prisoners of war, hostages and missing persons Ismayil Akhundov said while answering the question about Azerbaijani civilians detained on the Armenian side, APA reports.

He noted that the International Committee of the Red Cross visited the two civilians: “Currently, work is underway regarding them. Those two persons before September 27 – one in April, the other one in June was taken hostage.”
