"Armenia should seriously implement its obligations, return to negotiations process with full seriousness, and real measures have to be taken in this regard. I think in the case of conduction of imitation process, not taking serious measures by the Armenian side, a risk of resumption of military operations always exists", said Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov at the briefing held today, APA reports.
J. Bayramov also said that currently, Armenia does not follow requirements of the document, signed in Moscow and despite declaration of temporary ceasefire, military operations continue.
