Lavrov: "Azerbaijan and Armenia should be involved in the work of humanitarian aid center in Karabakh"

“Azerbaijan and Armenia should be involved in the work of the humanitarian aid centre in Karabakh. Currently, relevant documents are being prepared for this,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a meeting with his Armenian counterpart Ara Ayvazyan, APA's Moscow correspondent reports

According to him, assistance in the return of refugees has started to become sustainable: “People feel more assurance in this process. We will strengthen this mood in every way. This will be assisted by the ongoing negotiations on the transformation of the humanitarian aid centre into an international centre with the participation of Azerbaijan and Armenia. Relevant documents are currently being discussed through the relevant structures.”
