“It is impossible to reject the basic principle approved by everyone for a long time: the result of the war must be the normalization of the relationship in the region.

Main directions of the Iranian initiative were also clearly indicated in the joint statement of the leaders of Azerbaijani, Armenian, and Russian leaders on November 9,” said Lavrov.
