”According to the trilateral agreement, Azerbaijan has returned all military hostages to the opposite side,” said Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov at the press conference following the meeting with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Sweden Chairperson-in-Office of the OSCE Ann Linde, APA reports.

J. Bayramov noted that the number of military hostages, handed over by Azerbaijan to Armenia, has been more than the number of military hostages, given by Armenia to Azerbaijan: “These steps have even been taken during the military operations with the mediation of Committee of the Red Cross.”

Foreign Minister noted that the persons mentioned by the OSCE Chairman-in-Office arrived in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan from the Shirak region of Armenia on November 26 - after the signing of the trilateral statement: “Those persons committed terrorist acts and investigations regarding them are underway in Azerbaijan. It is important to comply with the trilateral statement in order for such cases not to happen again. Soldier parents in Armenia also protest against sending their sons to Karabakh for military service, they hold rallies. The whole world media knows it. International organizations should put pressure on Armenia in this issue, each party should carry out its obligation.”

Jeyhun Bayramov brought into notice that even now, Armenia is also trying to send its servicemen to Azerbaijan in construction vehicles at night: “This issue was also brought to the UN General Assembly, a reference to the materials of the international media made regarding this. International organizations should put pressure on Armenia on this issue, each side should fulfill its obligations.”
