Commander of Civil defense troops of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Abdullayev met with head of International activity department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation Vladimir Solovyov in Shusha City on November 20, 2020, APA reports citing the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The humanitarian issues in Azerbaijan’s Nagorno Garabagh region including the issues of electricity, gas supply and restoration of communication lines were discussed at the meeting.
The parties came to an agreement to maintain regular contact in order to continue the cooperation.
